Woodland Masterplan

Stone began working with this client in December of 2015 to create this masterplan.  Due to the scope of work and excessive grade changes the design process took almost 4 months to complete.  When it came time for construction several things changed, added and subtracted as is the case with any large project.  A-1 Land Care inc. began construction in May of 2016 and due to the addition of work to the original scope, as well as weather constraints, this project took the better part of 2 construction seasons and was completed by A-1 Land Care in Fall of 2017.
